Decision to extend Caribbean citizenship from Antigua

Applicants considering Caribbean citizenship are advised that they still have the opportunity to obtain Antigua and Barbuda citizenship by investing at the old cost.

A grace period has been granted for another month, in other words, this extension will expire on August 1, 2024. This means the opportunity to obtain Caribbean citizenship under the old conditions.

The old costs are either a $100,000 donation to the National Development Fund, a $150,000 donation to India University for a family of 6, or a $200,000 investment in real estate of Antigua.

On July 1, 2024, the five Caribbean countries represented by Antigua & Barbuda, Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts, Grenada, and Dominica agreed to raise the minimum for obtaining Caribbean citizenship to $200,000, but Antigua requested that the increase in investment amounts be extended until August 1.

It is worth noting that applying for Caribbean citizenship on and before 30 July will be eligible to obtain a Caribbean passport from Antigua at the old costs. But you must download the E-Files, pay the required administrative fees, and then submit the original documents shortly thereafter.

1. Donate to the National Development Fund

2. Donate to the University of the West Indies Fund

▣ 300,000$ for a family of 6 or more (including processing fees)

3. Real estate investment

▣ The minimum investment is $325,000
