Why was a seminar on investment immigration programs held?

Increasing domestic and international challenges have created unfavorable conditions for entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and those seeking economic and family opportunities, impacting the lifestyles of investors and their families.
On the other hand, political events, disarmament issues, questionable elections, national and global tax systems, and economic pressures have contributed to an increase in the search for investment immigration programs.
The idea of holding an investment summit in the United States was conceived to bring high-net-worth individuals closer to advisors aligned with their aspirations. The goal was to focus on aspects such as investment immigration programs, smart tax management, the benefits of international real estate, financial planning services, and those seeking mobility and economic & personal security.
The reason for choosing the United States as the venue for this event is due to several factors, including the growing demand for investment immigration options from American citizens.
This is primarily due to the US tax system, which is based on citizenship rather than geographic location. Where the United States taxes its citizens regardless of whether their businesses and assets are located within or outside the country.
Furthermore, the US Supreme Court’s rulings on social and political issues have increased the interest of American citizens in seeking alternative immigration systems, making it one of the most interested countries in this regard.
It’s worth noting that American citizens constitute the largest group of millionaires in the world, with an estimated 22 million people with a net worth of $1 million or more by 2025. This makes it easier for investors to find options to manage their money and financial plans.
Recent global and domestic events in the United States have raised concerns about changes in immigration policies and access to the United States. Currently, there are only a few ways to enter the United States for the purpose of visiting or establishing a business.
The available options are either a permanent immigrant visa or a temporary nonimmigrant visa, which can be divided into a B1 US work visa, a B2 US visitor visa, or a B1/B2 US work and visitor visa.
Eligibility for one of these visas depends on the applicant’s passport holder. Therefore, Caribbean passports holders can enter the United States on US tourist and business visas.
Among the Caribbean countries that offer this type of visa are Grenada Citizenship by Investment (a 10-year US business visa) and Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment (a 10-year US visitor visa).
